Home Again
"I've never written a review before, so I'm not sure exactly how it is supposed to be worded. I'll take a crack at Duke McFadden's "Home Again"?
To be quite honest, I really love that song. My husband is an over the road truck driver gone 5 days a week and "Home Again" reminds of how he and I both feel when he comes "Home Again" safely for another weekend at home?
The overall lyrics are great and tie together wonderfully-you'd be surprised how many songs there are that don't make any sense-the melody is a good one-and it definitely will move your feet. The overall track is very well thought out and put together and I would recommend anyone who hasn't heard it to listen to it. It has a Top 40 feel to it and I'm surprised that it's not out on the national market."

Duke, after all these years since I had the 707 lp's and gave my dad my turntable, I finally acquired a cd
of 707's first two albums from Renaissance records. It was great hearing those songs again.
I have been a musician for 30 years and though it never made me famous, it still remains a full-time hobby. I feel I've developed a more mature ear over the 20 years since I first enjoyed 707's first album. In listening to it now, I realize that the core songwriting, voice and musical direction that sold me on 707, belonged to you. This is very evident when I listen to both albums. No offense to the other members of the group. I used altavista to search on your name and found your web page. I'm looking forward to hearing your new music. I'm glad you and your talent are still out there.
